✈️ Shipping Destinations
We currently ship to most countries across North America, Europe, the Middle East, Asia, and Australia. If your country is not available at checkout, please reach out to our support team for assistance.
⏱ Processing Time
All international orders are processed within 2–5 business days after order confirmation. Customized or made-to-order products may require additional time. If you have a strict deadline, please contact our Client Care team at hello@shopozel.com before ordering. We will advise you on feasibility and keep you updated throughout the process.

Delivery timelines vary based on location:
- USA & Canada:5–12 business days
- UK & Europe:5–12 business days
- Middle East:5–12 business days
- Rest of the World:7–12 business days

💸 Shipping Charges
We offer free shipping on all orders, worldwide — no minimum purchase required.
Prices do not include customs duties or import taxes, which may be payable on delivery — see "Customs & Import Duties" below.
🛃 Customs & Import Duties
International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees determined by the destination country.
These charges are not included in your order total and must be paid directly to your local customs authority.
Customs clearance may extend delivery times, which is outside our control.
📦 Order Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking link via email to monitor your shipment in real time. You can also track your order using the Shop App.
🔁 Returns
If you’d like to return an item, here’s how it works:
- Notify us within 7 days of receiving your parcel by emailing hello@shopozel.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Self-return within 15 working days. Once your request is acknowledged, ship the parcel back to our office in India at the address below. Items must be unworn, unused and returned with all original tags and packaging.
- Return shipping is at your cost. Charges for shipping the parcel back to our India office are to be borne by the customer.

💳 Refunds
Once your parcel is received, inspected and quality checked, your refund will be issued within 15–20 working days to your original payment method.
